Nice clothes, slow delivery

Nah, pretty sure you can't. Most of their promo events exclude using extra reward points. It's usually one or the other from what I've seen.

From my experience, especially with the dresses, they're pretty true to size. My daughter wears a 3T in most brands and their 3T fits her great.

I'd say for the pima cotton pajamas, maybe size up if your kid is on the taller side or between sizes. They can be a bit snug, which is good for pajamas, but for longevity you might want a little extra room.
